Back the Badge Ride is proud to announce it's new partner in support of The 100 CLUB. In 2009, we pleased to present San Jacinto Harley-Davidson http://sanjacintohd.com/ as our new partner to benefit the dependants of our fallen heroes. You can help us to get the ball rolling by going on-line now at www.backthebadgeride.com and signing up today. You may also mail the attached form along with a check or money order made to Back the Badge Ride, to the address below. The ride is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2009. Check-in will begin at 7:30 AM and all pre-registered riders or event participants must be checked in by 9:00 AM. The ride will begin at exactly 10:00 AM. Kick stands go up at 10:00 AM, so if you aren't there, you will be left behind.
The riders will leave Hooters, Spring location, and go South on I-45 to end at San Jacinto Harley Davidson http://sanjacintohd.com/ located at 3636 E. Sam Houston Pkwy S. Lunch will be served at Hooters San Jacinto location right next door to San Jacinto Harley Davidson, followed by a parking lot party, live band, photos, interviews and much more.
The actual ride will last approximately 2 hours and all riders are expected to complete the ride if they are mechanically able. Courtesy shuttle may be provided for bike and rider if needed.
Each rider will donate $100.00 for the ride. A gift pack including a t-shirt, embroidered patch, and other gifts will be provided to each rider. Lunch at Hooters San Jacinto location will be included with the donation and all proceeds will go to the 100 Club. Police Officers and Fire Fighters will receive a 20% discount for ride participation, gift pack and lunch. Discounts for approved motorcycle clubs and organizations are also available. This ride was rated in the Top 10 charity rides for 2007 by readers of Ride Texas Magazine. In 2008 we donated over $15,000.00 for the dependants of our fallen heroes.
