I understand and agree that I am joining this ride/event at my own risk and I understand and agree that Back the Badge Ride, The 100 Club, or any associates or affiliates of this ride are not responsible for and accidents, incidents, or damages done to myself or my property. I hold all parties associated with this ride/event harmless of any wrong doing of any kind. I waive any and all rights to legal action from any incident resulting from my participation in this ride/event. I promise to obey all laws posted and non-posted. I will not exceed any legal speed limits or limits set by escorts or officials of this ride/event. I will obey any and all instructions given verbally or written or indicated by gesture, by any official or escort of this ride/event. All proceeds from this ride will be donated to the 100 Club for its use. The ride/event is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2009. The ride/event date may be changed and will not require prior notice. I understand and agree that no club “colors” will be worn during ride/event without prior approval from Back the Badge Ride. All of the above terms will be met by all riders and event participants during any and all portions of the ride/event and are not open for individual interpretation. Back the Badge Ride makes all final rulings and may dismiss (exclude) any rider or participant from any or all portions of the ride/event.
