I like a big motor and big fat tire to push me down the road. To me, that’s security. I like security.
There’s another kind of security that we all enjoy everyday. That is knowing that our area police officers and firefighters are on the job. Imagine not having them around. There’s a type of security those fine men and women would like to enjoy. That is knowing that if something were to happen to them, they don’t have to worry about what will happen to their family.
The 100 Club is an organization that helps to ensure that the families of police officers and firefighters will have their needs taken care of. The continued growth of the 100 Club is only possible through the continued support of its members and donations made from the community, corporations, and local businesses.
On Sunday, June 1, 2008, Backthebadgeride.com in association with American Dream Cycles of the Woodlands, will be hosting a ride to benefit the 100 Club. Donations will be accepted from each rider and corporate sponsors, and all proceeds will be donated to the 100 Club. This is the second annual Back the Badge Ride. The 2007 Back the Badge Ride was listed by Texas Ride Magazine as one of the top 10 Charity events of 2007.
